Delivery
Orders are dispatched by First Class post for UK delivery or by Air Mail overseas.
Please allow approximately 7 days for delivery*.
Guideline for Christmas delivery orders for the following destinations:

Refunds & Return of Goods
- If you have any questions relating to your purchase, please Contact Us
- If your purchase is damaged, defective or sent in error, return it to us within 14 days for refund or replacement
- We will process returned item(s) and notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return

Payment methods
Online secure payments
We accept major credit and debit card payments via the following global standard secure, encrypted payment gateways:
- HSBC Esecure online payments
- PayPal
- Google Checkout
We do not accept Eurocheques, cash in any currency or book tokens.
Cheques/Postal Orders
We accept UK bank personal cheques or postal order in pounds sterling (GBP) made out to “GWP Limited” for the total amount of your order (including delivery charge). Contact Us
We send items immediately once your cheque has cleared, which typically delays your order by approximately 7 days.
Telephone Orders
We accept orders by telephone using Mastercard/Visa and Debit cards. Contact Us
